We all long to connect with God, and we know we should read the Bible and pray. In this class we will take the mystery out of spiritual disciplines. Class time will be split between teaching and practice. We will actually do the disciplines we learn about, such as Bible reading, prayer, solitude, and fasting. In the process we will meet God and discover significance, love, real change, order, peace, and a way of life that works.
